Refund policy

At The Kid Land, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
